ASRS for Tooling & Wire Material
Our Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) is built for tooling and wire material management. With real-time inventory control, every item is tracked with accuracy to ensure optimal stock levels and full traceability. It helps us implement the FIFO principle and ensure that materials remain fresh and clean for longer, while the smart organization of tooling and wire material reduces handling time and human error.
Human-Machine System integration with Production and QC
Human-Machine System integrates with production and quality control on the shop floor. It enables real-time production monitoring for faster response and informed decisions. The collected data supports continuous productivity improvements. Mass production begins only after dual-login by QC and operator post initial inspection. The system also issues timely reminders for quality checks based on set inspection intervals, ensuring consistent standards and compliance.
RFID Sample Warehouse
Our RFID sample warehouse is designed to provide secure, efficient, and intelligent sample management. With real-time tracking, we monitor every movement of samples to ensure full visibility and traceability. Unauthorized access is strictly controlled through RFID authentication. Every operation is automatically logged.
Vending Machine
Our vending machine for peripheral materials on the shop floor replaces traditional manual material distribution, helping us optimize labor value and improve overall efficiency. By precisely dispensing materials as needed, it effectively prevents waste and minimizes unnecessary consumption, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility. Through automation and innovation, we promote green manufacturing and take a significant step toward sustainable management—reinforcing our partners’ confidence in our environmentally responsible practices.
AI Optical Sorting
Our AI Optical Sorting Machine addresses previous limitations by accurately detecting surface defects, material cracks and thread damage—issues that were previously difficult to detect in 360 degrees. Additional defects identification can also be further defined through image-based AI learning. With support for up to 10 cameras, it offers high-speed, multi-angle inspection for enhanced precision and reliability.
