From Drawing Review to Process Planning

Every custom component begins with a review of the customer drawing, material, geometry, thread requirements, tolerances, and functional features. Based on these requirements, the manufacturing route is planned according to the processes needed to complete the part.

Depending on the project, production may combine in-house forming, tooling, tapping, machining, sorting, and packaging with qualified external processes such as heat treatment, surface treatment, thread rolling, knurling, or specialized machining.

This approach allows each project to be planned as a complete manufacturing sequence rather than as a series of independent operations.

Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities

Our manufacturing capabilities are organized into two areas. Internal Capability covers processes performed and controlled in-house, while External Capability includes qualified secondary operations coordinated according to project requirements.
