Cold and warm forming technologies represent the core manufacturing capabilities of our specialty nuts production.
In nut manufacturing, tooling design and forming process plays a critical role in defining the geometry and performance of the final product. They form the foundation of most product characteristics, including structural integrity and dimensional accuracy.
Through in-house tooling development and process control, we ensure stable production quality while meeting diverse customer requirements across standard and highly customized nut designs.

Tumble De-burring & Sand Blasting
During the forming process or subsequent CNC machining, slight burrs or sharp edges may occur as a result of material flow requirements or the precise machining of local dimensions.
These burrs and sharp edges can be removed through tumbling deburring and sand blasting processes.

Our laser marking machines have been widely applied across various stainless steel and galvanized custom nut products, supporting customers with precise identification and traceability requirements.
Typical applications include:
Stainless steel custom lock nuts, where manufacturer’s identification and material code are marked on the bearing surface or hex flat.
Precision stainless steel tube nuts and flare nuts, where customer identification, material code, and series number are laser marked on the bearing surface or hex flat for full traceability.
Galvanized custom nuts, where manufacturer’s identification and part number are marked on the bearing surface or hex flat to meet production and quality control requirements.
Optical Sorting
10 sets of Optical Sorting Machine, including 1 set of AI Optical Sorting Machine.
Equipped with 4~10 cameras
AI sorting applied for: surface defects, cracks, thread damage and other defects trainable with images.
This technology represents a key step toward reducing reliance on manual inspection, significantly improving efficiency in detecting surface defects and ensuring consistent product quality.
100% Optical sorting available before delivery (Except for overweight product).
Automatic Internal Thread Sorting
